Geiss.  The study shows that people with type 2
diabetes seems to have common sign of obese or overweight in common.  If only you can change the way you eat
in the context of your overall lives, which include both physical health and lifestyle habits.  You can save your life.

-CLEAN EATING: Replace processed foods with whole and natural foods such as steamed salmon, quinoa and berries.
-Decrease any foods that have more then two ingredients.
-Add more of the lean protein, complex carbs and healthy oils in your diet, they help stabilized glucose and cortisol levels and also help with improving energy.
-EXERCISE: Try doing between 30 to 90 minutes of cardio a day.  Also try to include free weights because strengh training is important as women reach their 30's, they starts to loose muscles.
